Change: It's Starts With Me

CHANGE FOR THE BETTER..

It’s never too late to start over. If you weren’t happy yesterday, try something different today. Don’t stay stuck, do BETTER.
Change entails becoming different in a particular way

of life. Change is simply a path and an important element of flourishing life. For us to thrive in this world full of evolving challenges, need for change is an inevitable deal. If we are not ready to embrace change then we should be ready to embrace extinction. Change is an imperative aspect of life. As an element to economic, social, political, physical, and spiritual developments of a human being, need for change is vitally necessary.

In my life as a fourth year student, I wasn’t true to myself. I didn’t do my responsibilities as a student. I wasn’t able to follow the steps of my elder sisters since both of them were successful in life. For this time, I am moving forward to have change on my own. First, I will be a good son in my family, elder sisters and a good friend to my classmates. Second, I will start being a responsible student. Be good enough and industrious in reaching and achieving my goals and dreams in life. Lastly, I will do all my responsibilities not only in my life but also for the development and progress of the nation.
Concisely, need for change is essential to the life of human being. Any person who is not willing to change is limited in personal development and success. Every successful individual out there is one who has dared to change. There is necessity for change in various aspects of person’s life. For success in relationships, finances, businesses and career opportunities, adapting change is of essence. Every instance that stagnate progress towards attaining of individual success objectives calls for a prompt and designed change. Finally, we must be all advocates of change, for without change success remains an illusion.

New Year, New Me

Farewell, 2014! Hello, 2015! Happy New Year!

Roman Catholic countries celebrate New Year’s Day on January 1. Traditionally, the day has been observed as a religious feast, but in modern times, the arrival of the New Year has also become an occasion for spirited celebration and the making of personal resolutions about future conduct. Speaking of resolutions, I’m going to share you some.

Last year, I feel unweary. Because I did some nonsense things and that made me not totally irresponsible. So, with this year, I’ll start to schedule some fun time everyday. Stop overthinking. Let myself off the hook. Remember my true worth. Take my dreams seriously and prepare myself to take risks. Keep my sense of humor. Appreciate all that I have. Be kind to myself and relax more in making all of this happen.

Oftentimes, my heart is choked with grief because I was so in love with a “nonsense” person. I was hurt but the good thing is that I had learned from my mistakes, that it is more painful to keep yourself attracted to that person when you really know it will not happen. Instead of falling for that person someone, I’ll make it up to be a more responsible and studious students.

I’m a grown up now and I know I’ll make it better. My life goes on and I should be stronger. Got to move on and live my life nicer. Because I know that the New Year is here for a whole new me.

Reflection

Goodbye, Third Quarter! Hey, Fourth Quarter!

I regret to say this but the Graduation Day is fast approaching. It is really sad to ponder, right?

At this juncture, I would dare to share to you some of the noteworthy experiences during the third quarter. Those hectic-schedule many projects, homework and complicated lessons really made me feel weary.

Finally I am looking forward for his quarter to be better than the past quarters. And, I will definitely do my best to be a more responsible and studious student.

Essence of Christmas

As typical little children do, I would dream on Christmas mourn with all those gifts and toys I knew, I’d find. But as the years go by, I came to realize that Christmas is not merely about material things and I came to ponder that the greatest gift of all is that baby-born one blessed night- Jesus Christ.

We are the reason that He gave His life. We are the reason behind His suffering and death. He gave all He could give to show us the reason to live. How great is He!

Christmas is about His glory. Christmas is about His grace. It is the season which reminds us that God is with us.

Give love everyday! Let’s whole-heartedly share our blessings to our fellow. Merry Christmas! Stay blessed, children of God.

Climate Change

Are You Truly Ready? Then Act Now!

Are you ready? This has been an all-too-familiar question we are often asked to ascertain our degree of readiness and preparedness in anything. The question sometimes finds us staggered and dumbfounded because we are simply not ready even with the question itself.

Being ready is not just about waiting for a disaster to happen and deal with it as it happens. One very important aspect of preparedness which we must often forget is being able to do something to stop these things from worsening.

Who could be ready during this era of consequence? And, as we face the changing climate and its pernicious effects on our lives, when can we say we are ready? Certainly, knowing what we should be ready for is an advantage we have over the other creations. In addition, it is the beginning of our salvation from human extinction.

The climate is changing and the clock is ticking. Rich or poor, young or old, we are all susceptible to the life- threatening effects of climate change. No one will be spared. No one is exempted. Let us do something. Let us not wait for tragedies to happen before we act. Let us prepare now! Let us make a commitment- to achieve a balanced ecology for the present and future generations.
